All products sold on this website are intended exclusively for legitimate in-vitro research and laboratory use by qualified professionals. Products are NOT for human consumption, veterinary use, diagnostic purposes, or any therapeutic applications.
By placing an order, you represent and warrant that:

- You are a qualified researcher, represent a research institution, or are purchasing for lawful research purposes.
- You will not resell, redistribute, or use products for any purpose other than legitimate scientific research.
- You will comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws regarding the purchase, possession, and use of research compounds.
2. Orders and Payment
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time without prior notice. Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase; we reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our sole discretion.
Payment must be completed at the time of purchase using an accepted payment method. Orders will not be processed until payment has been verified and cleared.
3. Shipping
We ship via FedEx within the United States. Shipping costs and delivery timelines are estimated and are not guaranteed. Biolinx Labs is not responsible for delays caused by carrier issues, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
We currently ship to domestic (U.S.) addresses only. International shipping is not available at this time.
4. Returns and Refunds
Due to the perishable and sensitive nature of research compounds, we are unable to accept product returns. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at support@biolinxlabs.com within 7 days of delivery with photographic documentation. We will review your claim and, at our discretion, provide a replacement or store credit.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, graphics, logos, product descriptions, and software — is the property of Biolinx Labs or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without express written permission.
6. Indemnity and Liability Waiver
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Biolinx Labs, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
- Your use or misuse of any products purchased from the Site.

Biolinx Labs assumes no liability for any adverse outcomes, injury, or damage resulting from the use, storage, or handling of products outside of their intended research applications.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Products and the Site are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
These products have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Biolinx Labs be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or any products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

Biolinx Labs reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
