All orders ship with temperature-controlled packaging to maintain product integrity during transit.
Processing Times
Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST Monday through Friday are typically processed and shipped the same business day. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed the following business day.
Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Carrier delays due to weather, high volume, or other factors may extend delivery times.
International Orders
Biolinx Labs ships to most international destinations. International customers are solely responsible for:
- All applicable import duties, taxes, and customs fees
- Compliance with local import regulations for research compounds
- Any additional carrier surcharges for remote destinations
We cannot guarantee international delivery timelines or be held responsible for packages delayed, held, or confiscated by customs authorities. Refunds are not available for international shipments lost or seized during customs processing.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number and a direct link to track your package. If you created an account at checkout, tracking information is also accessible from your order history dashboard.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please email support@biolinxlabs.com or call 1-800-671-2321 if during business hours immediately. Because we process orders quickly, cancellation cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment has begun. Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled.
Returns & Replacements
Due to the perishable and sensitive nature of research compounds, we are unable to accept product returns. However, we stand behind the quality of every product we ship.
Eligible Claims
We will arrange a replacement or store credit for orders that arrive:
- Damaged — visibly broken vials or compromised packaging
- Defective — product that does not meet stated purity specifications
- Incorrect — wrong product or quantity shipped
- Missing items — items listed on your packing slip that were not included
How to File a Claim
- Contact us at support@biolinxlabs.com within 7 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and a clear description of the issue.
- Attach photographic documentation of the damage or defect.
- Our team will review your claim and respond within 2 business days.
All orders are photographed prior to shipment to ensure accuracy and protect against fraudulent claims.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
We encourage customers to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with their bank. Filing a chargeback without first contacting our support team may result in the suspension of your account. We are committed to resolving any issues promptly and fairly.
